KIN-EI has been specializing in the production of stretch clothing products such as swimwear and fitness wear for 13 years and has extensive production experience. Eight years ago, according to customer requirements, Dongguan KINEI Branch was established to operate side by side with its own factory and strengthen on-site management.
DongGuan KINEI Factory has 5 foreign language merchandisers, three of whom have more than 10 years of experience in the garment industry. In addition, there are 10 production staff in charge of the factory. From the customer’s order to the completion of the sales, we will follow up the whole process, and timely respond to any questions from customers
- In order to ensure quality, a production line is assigned 1 team leader, 15 sewing workers, 1 quality inspector and 5 tail workers. (6 production lines in the whole company)
- The factory has established a strict quality and safety production guarantee system such as needle detection / needle management / prohibition of eating and drinking
- The production process is strictly in accordance with the relevant procedures: from fabric storage to fabric inspection—loosen the fabric–cutting–prenatal model–sewing process—middle inspection check–final inspection–secondary inspection of all the records are kept
- In order to improve quality awareness, we cooperate with third-party inspection companies and regularly train factory employees and quality management personnel.
- In order to improve the quality of the factory and make customers satisfied and assured, the factory adopts two full inspections products. An independent team consisting of 6 quality managers and 4 inspectors from the inspection company shall conduct the second full inspection of the goods produced by the factory.
- To ensure sufficient production capacity, our company cooperates with three outsourcing factories. Outsourcing factories have more than 5 years of experience in cooperation with our company. All adopt the same quality control and management system as the factory.
Benchmarks such as colour fastness and formaldehyde are very important for infant and toddler swimwear.
So far, all the suppliers we have used have cooperated with us for more than 8 years. To provide our company with safe, reliable and up to standard materials.
In addition, our company is developing functional products such as antibacterial, deodorant, sweat-absorbing and quick-drying, warm and cold.
Over the past three years, our company has cooperated with suppliers to develop various fabrics, such as renewable fabrics and inkjet printing.
